Tribal tattoos have recently become common for both men and women. Men typically choose this design and style of tattoo more than women, however, many women also obtain these. Most tribal tattoos consist of just one or two colors accompanied by bold contours and shapes. It’s modern art with a native american spin.

A lot of great tattoo ideas and designs originate in Hawaii.  The rich native culture of the area has sparked its own tattoo type.  Hawaiian tattoos are reminiscent of tribal tattoos, but add the touch of native Hawaiian culture.
